Before you fill out your registration form, you will need the following:
- PSA Membership Number (All membership numbers will be checked at the time we receive a registration. Please ensure your PSA membership is current at the time you fill out the registration form. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your registration request. You can check the status of your membership on the PSA/AS website at this link.)
- Microchip or Tattoo Number
- Registration Number (Write N/A if Not Applicable)
- Two photos for the catalog
- Walk out music (Artist and song title. Write NA if you don’t want music)
- Link to your dog’s pedigree (Working Dog is preferred. Write N/A if you prefer not to provide this information)
- Please make sure you have a scorebook.
In the interest of maintaining the integrity of AS Scorebooks, they will no longer be available to purchase at events. If you don’t have a scorebook, you can still submit this registration form. However, please ensure you submit your scorebook application, at a minimum of two weeks prior to this event. All scorebooks can be purchased on the PSA/AS website: PSAK9-as.org
